Refund policy

At 7Balanced, we take the quality of every order seriously. Products sold on this website are marketed and distributed in India under FSSAI Licence No. 10725022000058, held by Aarnaa Origins India Private Limited.

Since our products are consumable food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

However, we will offer a full replacement or refund if you receive a product that is damaged, has tampered or leaking packaging, or is different from what you ordered.

To raise a claim, email us at contact@7balanced.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a clear photo of the outer shipping box, and a clear photo of the product packaging. The product must be unused and in its original condition.

Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.

We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet the above conditions.

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from purchases on this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
