SHIPPING POLICY

We process all orders within 1 to 2 working days from the date of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

For Cash on Delivery orders, an additional 1 working day may be required for order verification before dispatch. You may receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message from our team before your order is shipped.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are 2 to 4 business days for metro cities and 3 to 7 business days for other locations across India. These are estimates provided by our logistics partners and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking details will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched. You can use the tracking link to follow your shipment in real time.

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

In case your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We will raise an investigation with our logistics partner and keep you updated. Shipments confirmed as lost will be eligible for a replacement or refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.
