COCOA CALM

Rich chocolate indulgence without the guilt

For chocolate lovers who want breakfast to feel like dessert. Pure cocoa powder delivers rich flavor and antioxidants, it's mindful indulgence at its finest.

What makes it special:

  • Pure cocoa powder: rich flavor without artificial additives
  • Antioxidant powerhouse: cocoa flavonoids support heart health
  • Natural chocolate taste: no artificial flavoring needed
  • Magnesium rich: cocoa supports muscle and nerve function

Preparation: Mix 1 sachet with 150ml milk or plant alternative, refrigerate overnight

MADE FOR REAL MORNINGS

Five breakfasts, decided the night before.

No weighing, no scooping, no half-open pouch going soft in the cupboard.

Five sachets. Five mornings.

One 50g sachet is one breakfast. Sealed until the night you open it, so the fifth bowl tastes exactly like the first.

Tonight, then tomorrow.

A minute before bed buys back ten in the morning.

Empty one sachet into a jar. Add 100–120 ml of cold milk or your preferred alternative. Stir.

2
In the fridge

Leave it three to four hours. Overnight is easiest.

3
Morning

Stir once and eat. No cooking, no waiting, nothing to wash up but a spoon.

WHY COCOA CALM

Three reasons, and no lecture.

Cocoa that tastes like cocoa.

Real cocoa powder, not flavouring. Deep and a little bitter, the way good chocolate is, so the bowl doesn't finish cloying.

Portioned on purpose.

Five sealed sachets instead of one large pouch. Nothing to measure, nothing to guess, nothing going stale halfway through the week.

Ready before you are.

It does its work while you sleep. You wake up and breakfast is a decision you already made.

Why we made this.

Why we made this.

7Balanced started in Germany, in the months after our daughter was born, when our own mornings stopped having any room left in them. We wanted a breakfast that was already decided the night before — simple enough to repeat every day, and good enough that we actually looked forward to it.

Clarity Blocks

What consumers see: “No refined sugar” but ~18–20 g sugars/100 g on the label.

Clear answer: On EU labels, “sugars” = all mono- & disaccharides present, from any source. In our granolas, sugars mostly come from dried fruit and palm jaggery (and honey in Honey Halo). Fibre (including FOS) is not counted as sugar on labels.

Berry Beat, where do the 18.9 g/100 g come from?

  • Dried fruit (~12% of recipe) contributes natural fruit sugars.
  • Palm jaggery (~9–10%) contributes sucrose (plus small glucose/fructose).
  • Oats/nuts/seeds contribute small intrinsic sugars.

Label result: ~18.9 g/100 g (lab-verified).
Bottom line: No refined sugar; our sugars are inherent to fruit, jaggery, and only in Honey Halo, we use honey.

Honey Halo: includes real honey (~8%), hence ~20.5 g/100 g sugars.
Peanut Sync: similar fruit + jaggery profile → ~19.9 g/100 g.

Absolutely loved Cocoa Calm!
The first thing that stood out was the texture…it has this really satisfying little crunch that makes every bite enjoyable. The cocoa flavor is rich and feels genuinely premium, but my favorite part is the balance. It’s not overly sweet or sugary, so the real chocolate taste actually shines through.
It feels indulgent and luxurious, yet it’s grounded enough that I’d happily eat it for breakfast. Plus, it’s genuinely filling! Thanks to the fiber, I actually stay full and don't feel hungry for another 2-3 hours. Between the rich flavor, the perfect sweetness, and how satisfied it keeps me, this one is an absolute winner. I'll definitely be repurchasing!
